You will manage complex engagements across industries, build a trusted client network, and deliver strategic talent solutions with discretion and integrity in a demanding on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA or equivalent is highly advantageous.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in executive search, retained search, or senior-level recruitment.
• Proven success in C-suite and board-level searches across multiple industries.
• Exceptional research, market mapping, and candidate engagement skills.
• Extensive professional network and ability to engage senior executives with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client intake meetings to understand executive needs, culture, and objectives.
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates globally and locally.
• Perform market mapping, competitor analysis, and network cultivation for senior roles.
• Conduct rigorous interviews and assessments of executives, evaluating leadership and strategic fit.
• Present a curated shortlist with profiles and insights; manage offer negotiations for placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and industry leaders; provide talent market advice.
