RPO Recruitment is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join our client specializing in the solar energy sector. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to expand our client’s market presence, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sustainable growth in the renewable energy landscape.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy industry
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  4. Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
  6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  2. Experience in business development or sales within the solar energy sector is highly preferred
  3. Strong understanding of solar technology and market dynamics
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
