Job summary

Catch in Johannesburg is seeking a results-driven sales professional to originate and secure new medical equipment asset finance transactions across SA. You will develop relationships with medical equipment suppliers, distributors, healthcare professionals and medical groups, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

The ideal candidate has proven asset finance sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and an existing SA network.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience specifically within medical equipment asset finance.
• Strong understanding of asset finance, equipment rentals and related funding structures.
• Existing relationships within the South African medical equipment industry.
• Demonstrated track record of originating and closing asset finance transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven.
• Based in Johannesburg and willing to work full-time from the office.
