Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and gathering requirements to define functional specs.
• Strong SDLC understanding with ability to validate requirements against business needs.
• Ability to write user stories and Acceptance Criteria with clear testability.
• Excellent process mapping and analytical skills; attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate into clear functional specs.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and document them precisely.
• Lead workshops and JAD sessions to align stakeholders on scope.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate with delivery teams for solution delivery.
• Define test cases and acceptance criteria for functional requirements.
• Ensure architecture aligns with business and functional needs.
• Support localisation, configuration, and reference data rule definitions.
