Job summary

Codehesion is seeking a Business Analyst to analyse requirements, design workflows, and gain deep understanding of client business processes to enable our software teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will work with multiple software development teams across various industries, ensuring clear communication of business needs and acceptance criteria throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a business analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements and creating functional specs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and maintain a good working relationship throughout the project.
• Understand and communicate business processes and software requirements to project teams.
• Clarify and confirm business requirements, gathering information as needed.
• Document processes, requirements, workflows, user journeys and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear project scope.
• Work with QA and customers during user acceptance testing to verify requirements.
• Assist in creating functional specifications.
• Conduct research and propose innovative improvement solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates and have weekly feedback with the head of PMO.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
