Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business requirements and determine required functionality for software or systems. You will collaborate with other departments and conduct user acceptance testing for new features, ensuring the solution meets user needs.

Ideal candidates have experience with Excel/Access and a good grounding in Agile environments. A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is preferred, with IIBA Certification desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience.
• Experience in port operations or logistics is desirable.
• Proficiency in BA principles and practices.
• IIBA Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a liaison relationship between business areas and ICT/suppliers.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
• Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for solutions.
• Assist in business case development and feasibility studies for standard projects.
• Help develop user test cases and validate test results during testing.
