Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a BA or Systems Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirements engineering.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or similar.
• Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, and test scripts.
• Good understanding of data flows and system integrations.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or e-commerce platforms such as Zoho or Shopify would be advantageous.
