Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• 1–3 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Proficiency with Visio or similar modelling tools.
• Experience with data analysis and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technical aptitude to liaise between business and IT.
• Experience managing multiple projects under pressure.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to client environments.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and processes.
• Identify business needs and document requirements.
• Conduct SWOT and risk analysis and data modelling.
• Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to develop solutions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
