Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year call centre experience within financial services.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls timeously.
• Deal with predominantly telephonic and occasionally email queries.
• Assist broker houses and franchises with Health, Life and Group Life and Vitality queries.
• Submit reports to brokers.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure best practice.
• Perform other related functions as requested by management.
