Discovery – DCM Corporate Health and Distribution is seeking a Broker Support Consultant to increase product sales through strong broker relationships, superior client service and technical knowledge. You will support advisers with Flexicare/Healthy Company uploads, manage data end-to-end, and train on new processes throughout the year.

The role requires Matric, CRM experience, and solid MS Office skills, with RE5 and NQF 5/120 credits.

Qualifications

• Matric required with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with brokers to grow new business portfolio.
• Support advisers with data uploads and online processes end-to-end.
• Educate advisers on new business processes and underwriting.
• Assist in on-site implementations and training across the year.
• Build relationships across intermediary levels and manage pipeline reporting.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:

• Partner with Business Consultant to grow new business portfolio
• Support advisers with Flexicare and Healthy Company uploads - managing data and upload process end to end
• Empower and educate advisers on the new business process, online application, underwriting process
• New business implementation : Planning and execution in partnership with BC
• Support on on-site implementations and activations
• Conduct member, employer and adviser training throughout the year
• Relationship building at various levels within the intermediary business, including administration, lower and senior management

Education and Experience

• Matric
• Experience with working with Broker Consultants.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• NQF 5/120 Credits
• RE5
• Sound medical scheme knowledge
• Previous CRM experience
