Discovery Limited in Sandton is seeking a Service Consultant to support broker houses and franchises with billing and commissions queries. You will handle inbound calls, assist with Health, Life and Vitality queries, and submit regular reports to brokers.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year call centre experience within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls timeously.
• Deal with predominantly telephonic and occasionally email queries.
• Assist broker houses and franchises with Health, Life and Group Life and Vitality queries.
• Submit reports to brokers.

Key Purpose

Our Commissions department is looking for a great person to join their team as a service consultant to service broker houses and franchises with all related billing and commissions' queries.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

• Answering inbound calls timeously
• Dealing with predominantly telephonic and occasionally email queries
• Assisting franchises/brokers with Health, Life and Group Life and Vitality queries
• Submitting of reports to brokers
• Review and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure best practice
• Perform any other related functions requested by management

NB: The role is not limited to the key outputs mentioned above

• Post-graduate degree or equivalent
