Job summary

Discovery Limited is seeking a Life Telesales Consultant based in JHB – Sandton to identify sales opportunities, handle inbound and outbound calls, and coordinate administration within the Discovery Connect Sales call centre.

You will report to the sales team leader; responsibilities include telephonic communication to members, general admin, achieving quality targets, and adhering to service level agreements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment.
• Minimum 1 year Life product knowledge, Discovery Life Knowledge is an advantage
• Tertiary qualification an advantage
• NQF5 and RE5 qualification

Responsibilities

• Communication to members telephonically via fax and email
