Job summary

Spinnaker Software in Windhoek seeks a capable second line support technician to assist computer users by resolving technical problems and maintaining networks, software and hardware related to ARCH Products. You will answer questions, troubleshoot on the spot and provide reliable service with a can-do attitude.

Our Windhoek branch is looking for someone that is keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You will provide second line specialist support and assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the customer's network, software and computer equipment relating to our ARCH Products.

You should consider applying if you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. You’ll be required to work overtime, weekends and standby from time to time.
We would like you to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A+ and N+ is a minimum requirement, however if you have the relevant experience your application will be considered too. You will be exposed to a wide variety of hardware and software with plenty of growth opportunities within the company - a growth mindset is key and will be rewarded.
