Job summary

Spinnaker Software is seeking a second line specialist support professional in Cape Town to assist users, answer questions, and resolve technical problems related to ARCH Products. You will maintain customers' networks, software and hardware across a variety of systems.

Candidate should have at least 3 years in a similar role, with A+ and Network+ certifications; relevant experience may also be considered. Overtime, weekends and standby may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar support role.
• A+ and N+ certifications required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and standby from time to time.
• Criminal check conducted in the final stage of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second line specialist support and assistance to computer users by answering questions and resolving technical problems.
• Maintain the customer's network, software and computer equipment relating to ARCH Products.
• Troubleshoot and solve on-the-spot issues to maintain high customer service levels.
