Job summary

Arch Retail Solutions in Durban requires a skilled IT support specialist to deliver second line technical assistance for ARCH Products. You will handle questions, resolve problems, and maintain networks, software and hardware.

The role involves troubleshooting on the spot, with overtime, weekend work and standby from time to time. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, plus A+ and N+ certifications, is expected.

Qualifications

• Criminal check will be conducted in final stage of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second line specialist support to computer users by answering questions and resolving technical problems.

Our KZN branch is looking for someone that is keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You will provide second line specialist support and assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the customer's network, software and computer equipment relating to our ARCH Products.

You should consider applying if you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. You’ll be required to work overtime, weekends and standby from time to time.

We would like you to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A+ and N+ is a minimum requirement, however if you have the relevant experience your application will be considered too. You will be exposed to a wide variety of hardware and software with plenty of growth opportunities within the company - a growth mindset is key and will be rewarded.
