Job summary

Arch Retail Solutions in Midrand is seeking a Support Technician to join a team focused on fast, effective problem solving and exceptional customer service.

This role requires handling on-site troubleshooting across hardware and software, maintaining SLA standards, and updating the database with accurate information. You may be asked to work overtime, weekends, and standby shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Technician.
• A+ and N+ certifications are required or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to a wide variety of hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure adherence to SLA standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
• Update database with accurate information and status updates.
• Be available for overtime, weekends and standby as needed.

We would like you to have at least 3 years of experience in a Support Technician role. A+ and N+ is a minimum requirement, however if you have the relevant experience your application will be considered too. You will be exposed to a wide variety of hardware and software with plenty of growth opportunities within the company - a growth mindset is key and will be rewarded.

This position will require you to work shifts (One week, day shift and one week, night shift)
