You will lead, support, and motivate staff, manage stock and showroom standards, handle cash and records, and ensure SOPs and health and safety guidelines are followed while maintaining excellent service levels.

• Lead, support, and motivate the branch team to achieve service and performance goals.
• Assist with staff training, development, and HR functions such as timekeeping, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee branch operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, stock of supplies, and general upkeep.
• Manage petty cash accurately and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Maintain high showroom standards through regular merchandising and visual updates.
• Provide professional assistance to customers and ensure all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the Manager.
• Stay on top of all administrative tasks and any additional assigned duties.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and assist with the receiving, shelving, dispatching, and return of stock and orders from head office.
