• MANAGEMENT OVERTIME & COSTS
• MANAGEMENT OF CASUALS & COSTS

Customer Responsibilities

• SOURCING NEW CUSTOMERS
• GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICES QUERIES- EMAIL- WHATS APP-TELEPHONICALLY
• REPORTING ON VOLUMES & KPI’S
• ENSURING OPERATIONS RUN SMOOTHLY DAY TO DAY
• CUSTOMER VISITS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
