Job summary

FNB is seeking a Branch Delivery Support Advisor for Richards Bay to drive sales within a high-volume branch while delivering exceptional client service. You will engage with existing and prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable solutions in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF principles.

The role emphasizes compliant financial advice, relationship management, and accurate sales reporting within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS.
Preferred: Regulatory Examination (RE Level 5).
1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

Achieve embedded value hurdle rates and performance targets.
Support growth of the Business Unit’s assets and contribute to overall financial performance.
Monitor, manage, and influence sales activities to ensure predefined sales targets are met.
Maximise cross-selling opportunities while strengthening client relationships at the point of sale.
Grow the active customer account base through proactive prospecting to expand the client portfolio.
Provide accurate and reliable sales reporting through daily cash-ups.
