Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a driven leader to manage a small to medium-sized team of advisors, driving client relationships and demand for financial products. You will guide strategy, present customer propositions, and identify opportunities while ensuring service quality and operational effectiveness.

You will oversee key accounts, coach team members, monitor performance, and collaborate to meet budget and business goals in a dynamic financial services environment.

Formación

• Leads a team to develop, maintain and leverage client relationships for financial products.
• Strong focus on client needs, cross-sell and upsell within approved terms.
• Experience with relationship-based selling and account management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small-to-medium team of advisors to manage client relationships.
• Develop and implement a client contact plan for new and existing accounts.
• Present propositions with clear rationale and standard terms.
• Identify sales opportunities through referrals and events.
• Monitor team performance and coach on skill development.
• Provide operations support and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage key accounts and respond to complex inquiries.
• Budget tracking and variance reporting to leadership.
• Build organizational capabilities through coaching and training.
