Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a results-driven manager to lead a team of client advisors. You will develop and execute relationship-management plans for existing accounts, identify decision-makers, and drive sales opportunities through referrals and campaigns.

You will also supervise operations, coach staff, and ensure customer focus across activities while delivering strong account management and cross-selling capabilities.

• Identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows, and campaigns.
• Present complex products with clear rationale and standard terms, involving senior colleagues when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive campaigns to build new relationships.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional activities.
• Strengthen customer focus through internal communications and collaboration.
• Deliver support for key accounts and respond to complex inquiries.
• Track budgets and report variances to seniors.
• Coach team members to develop their skills.
