You will drive customer focus, account management, and sales opportunities while coaching staff, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of results within the South Africa market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team to meet local business goals.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing accounts; build links with decision-makers; gather feedback and provide themes, analyses, and recommendations.
• Identify suitable products/services meeting customer needs; present with rationale and terms; refer to seniors for concessions when needed.
• Identify potential customers via referrals, networks, and events.
• Set personal goals, monitor team performance, allocate work, take corrective action, participate in performance reviews.
• Provide ops support; may supervise transactional operations; follow established systems.
• Support internal communications and collaborate to strengthen external customer relationships.
• Provide specialized support for accounts; handle complex inquiries; assist seniors in managing relationships.
• Create contact plans for product launches; engage prospects; handle queries and refer complex issues.
