Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of advisors to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in account management and selling financial products or services.
• Ability to develop and implement customer contact plans and manage sales campaigns.
• Familiarity with budgeting and performance management processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium-sized team of advisors to grow relationships with clients and stimulate demand for financial products.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing accounts and build connections with decision-makers.
• Identify and present customer propositions with clear rationale and customary terms, seeking senior input for concessions when needed.
• Create sales opportunities by leveraging referrals, trade shows, and networks.
• Monitor performance, allocate work, and drive timely, quality outcomes.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional activities.
• Support internal communications to enhance customer focus across teams.
• Deliver specialized support for key accounts and manage complex inquiries with senior colleagues.
• Prospect new customers and manage product launch communications to drive engagement.
• Track budgets and report variances to leadership.
• Coach team members to enhance skills and capability.
