Qualifications

NQF Level 7 qualification is required (Degree, Advanced Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent).
Experience in financial product advisory and client relationship management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct a small to medium-sized team of advisors to manage relationships with clients and stimulate demand for financial products.
Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing accounts and engage key decision-makers within client organizations.
Identify potential customers, network at industry events, and convert opportunities into sales.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with senior colleagues for concessions as needed.
Monitor team performance, set objectives, and use performance management processes to drive results.
Provide coaching to team members to build capabilities and organizational capacity.
