Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium-sized team of advisors to develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with prospective and existing clients to stimulate and manage demand for financial products and services.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
• Identify potential customers and present propositions with standard commercial terms while coordinating with senior colleagues when concessions are needed.
• Create sales opportunities through referrals, events, and campaigns.
• Monitor team performance, allocate work, and drive timely completion and quality of deliverables.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional operations as needed.
• Collaborate on internal communications to strengthen customer focus and relationships.
• Deliver specialized support for new and existing accounts and respond to complex inquiries.
• Develop and execute a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and campaigns.
• Track budgets and report variances to leadership.
• Coach team members to develop skills and capabilities.
