Helderberg Personnel is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for the Western Cape region, overseeing the Tygervalley Store. You will drive customer service excellence, sales performance, and staff development while ensuring store standards and asset protection.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting discipline, and the ability to manage 30-40 staff, with a commitment to retail hours and driving community involvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years in-store retail sales experience.
• 3 years store management experience.
• Proven track record in shrinkage and expense control, budgets and customer service excellence.
• IR experience will be an advantage.
• Staff management (30-40 staff).
• Computer literate (Outlook, MS Word/Excel), including strong numeric competency and exposure to PowerBI Reports.
• Strong verbal- and written communication skills, target driven and exceptional leadership skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Job description

This position requires a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join the Western Cape Region.

The successful applicant will play a critical role in driving customer service excellence, sales performance and staff development (succession) in our client's Tygervalley Store.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years’ in-store retail (sales) experience
• 3 years’ Store Management experience
• Proven track record in shrinkage- and expense control, budgets and exceptional customer service
• IR experience will be an advantage
• Staff Management (30 - 40 staff)
