Our client at the V&A Waterfront branch seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Western Cape region. The role focuses on customer service excellence, sales performance, and staff development to ensure operational standards.

The ideal candidate has substantial in-store retail and store management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in budgeting and assets protection. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position entails retail hours.

Formación

• 5 years’ in-store retail (sales) experience.
• 3 years’ Store Management experience.
• Proven track record in shrinkage- and expense control, budgets and exceptional customer service.
• IR experience will be an advantage.
• Staff Management (30 - 40 staff).
• Computer literate (Outlook, MS Word/Excel), including strong numeric competency and exposure to PowerBI Reports.
• Strong verbal- and written communication skills, target driven and exceptional leadership skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Our client, one of the most successful retailers in Southern Africa, is looking to employ a Branch Manager to join their V&A Waterfront branch.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ in-store retail sales experience and three years’ Store Management experience.

This position requires a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join the Western Cape Region.

The successful applicant will play a critical role in driving customer service excellence, sales performance and staff development (succession) in our client's V&A Waterfront branch.

• 3 years’ Store Management experience
• Proven track record in shrinkage- and expense control, budgets and exceptional customer service
