Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) completed.
• RE1 and RE5 certifications achieved.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual) held.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants.
• Lead a service delivery culture for optimal client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and management of the Retail branch.
• Develop branch strategy and business planning.
• Ensure branch sales delivery and drive service culture.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management.
