Job summary

FNB Pretoria Branch External Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for delivering compliant, professional financial advice and servicing in a high-volume branch. You will build and manage client relationships, educate customers on banking solutions, and ensure records are accurate while meeting sales targets.

The role requires FAIS/TCF knowledge, Grade 12 or higher, and 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
FAIS, TCF knowledge and client-centric advice principles

Responsibilities

Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs
Educate customers on the Banking platform aligned with their needs
Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions in line with FAIS requirements
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
Show empathy to customers and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
