FNB in South Africa is seeking a Branch Delivery Support Advisor to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume branch. You will engage with clients, offer suitable banking solutions, and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF.

You will build strong client relationships, manage leads in CRM, and provide accurate daily cash-ups to support branch performance and customer experience.

Competenze

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or related fields (FAIS)
• Preferred: Regulatory Examination (RE Level 5)

• Achieve embedded value hurdle rates and performance targets.
• Monitor, manage, and influence sales activities to meet predefined targets.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities while strengthening client relationships at the point of sale.
• Grow active customer accounts through proactive prospecting.
