Job summary

FNB in South Africa seeks a Branch Delivery Support Advisor to provide compliant financial advice and support high-volume branch service delivery. You will manage client relationships, identify suitable product solutions, and ensure ongoing relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.

The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, achieving sales targets, and leveraging cross-sell opportunities while upholding governance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognised fields.
• Preferred: Regulatory Examination (RE Level 5).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve embedded value hurdle rates and performance targets.
• Support growth of the Business Unit’s assets and overall financial performance.
• Monitor and influence sales activities to meet predefined targets.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities while strengthening client relationships at point of sale.
• Grow active customer base through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Provide proactive, compliant financial advice and ensure timely processing of new applications.
