Job summary

FirstRand Limited, via FNB, seeks a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build relationships, educate customers on eChannels and Self Service, and drive target achievement while maintaining accurate client records and adhering to FAIS, FICA, and TCF standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification is NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch environment.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct and accountability for performance and development.
