Job summary

FNB is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver tailored financial solutions in a high-volume branch. You will build long-term client relationships, advise on suitable products, and ensure compliant service in line with FAIS and TCF requirements.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, accurate record-keeping, and attainment of branch targets. A strong ethical approach and proactive engagement with clients are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or related field recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years experience in customer-facing environments within financial services

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs
• Connect with customers by living up to the brand promise of how can we help you
• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice aligned to client goals
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
• Maintain ethical conduct and compliance
