Job summary

FirstRand Limited, through FNB POP, is seeking a Branch Delivery Support Advisor to drive customer chairside service in a busy branch. You will provide compliant financial advice, engage with both new and existing clients, and manage relationships to grow the client base.

The role emphasizes sales targets, cross-selling, and accurate sales reporting within a regulated environment. A Grade 12 / FAIS-aligned qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets within the assigned area.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and service delivery.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
• Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM system and daily follow-up.
• Cross-sell products to grow client portfolios and assets.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold FAIS, TCF standards.
