Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer-facing roles in financial services.
• Strong FAIS and TCF understanding.
• Ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service targets in a high-volume branch.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective engagement and service delivery.
• Provide compliant financial advice in line with FAIS and TCF principles.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updates daily.
