WesBank is seeking a Branch Delivery Support Advisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in a busy branch. You will understand client financial needs, offer suitable product solutions, and manage ongoing relationships in line with FAIS and TCF guidelines.

The role requires 1–3 years in financial services, strong communication, and the ability to meet cross-selling and service targets while maintaining high compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• Regulatory Examination (RE Level 5) preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
