Job summary

FirstRand Limited, via FNB, is hiring a Branch Delivery Support Advisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume branch setting. You will build relationships, provide compliant financial guidance, and manage the client journey from prospecting to close.

The role focuses on FAIS/TCF compliance, effective engagement, and daily CRM-led reporting to grow the local client base and contribute to the unit's performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognised field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance within the assigned area and achieve targets.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and service delivery.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch environment.
• Identify and grow cross-selling opportunities to strengthen the client portfolio.
• Capture leads in CRM and deliver accurate sales reporting daily.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met and turnaround times are respected.
