Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is hiring a Universal Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our branch environment, guiding clients through banking solutions and digital channels. In this high‑volume role, you will identify customer needs, promote compliant products, and navigate FAIS, FICA, and TCF frameworks while building lasting relationships and supporting our POP objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
Preferred NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS field.
1–3 years' experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch.
Educate customers on digital channels and migrate to eChannels and self-service.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA, and TCF compliance.
Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
Contribute to branch performance and brand representation as a POP team member.
