Job summary

FirstRand Bank India is hiring an Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch setting. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, migrate to digital channels, and ensure ethical conduct in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF principles.

You will promote relevant banking solutions, manage leads and referrals, and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF 4 is the minimum qualification.
• Prefer NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration or related field recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.
