FNB Points of Presence in Vryburg seeks a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build long-term client relationships, educate clients on the right banking channels, and ensure ongoing relationship management in line with FAIS and TCF.

You will meet sales and service targets while maintaining accurate client records, with growth opportunities in a dynamic team. This role is based in FNB POP, Vryburg, South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.
