Job summary

FNB Points of Presence in Roodepoort seeks a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build and maintain client relationships, educate customers on the correct banking channels, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires FAIS and FICA understanding, a minimum NQF Level 5 certificate, 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, and a track record of ethical, sales- and service-focused performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related FAIS-recognised field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery or client support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF and client-centric advice principles.

Responsibilities
