Bantry Bay Boutique Hotel in Cape Town is seeking a polished, service-driven Junior House Manager / Assistant Concierge to join our intimate 5-star team. Working with Head Concierge and House Management, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences with discretion and a hands-on approach.

Formación

• Formal hospitality qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a 5* or luxury environment.
• Strong administrative background with good computer literacy (Opera, POS, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent English and confident dealing with international guests.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests efficiently in all Front Office related functions and perform admin duties to high standards.
• Deliver highly personalised, discreet guest service from pre-arrival to departure.
• Curate bespoke experiences and thoughtful touches based on guest preferences for a refined stay.
• Assist with arrivals and departures, including check-ins, luggage support, early/late arrivals, and special requirements.
• Coordinate guest transportation, airport transfers, chauffeur services, restaurant reservations and local experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, itineraries, reservations and preferences in Opera PMS and internal systems.
• Liaise with F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Culinary, Events, Guest Experience and Front Office to ensure requests are executed seamlessly.
