HotelJobs is seeking a polished Junior House Manager/Assistant Concierge for a World Class 5* boutique hotel in Western Bay, Cape Town. You will support guest arrivals and departures, curate bespoke experiences, and work closely with the House Management team to ensure flawless service.

This role requires discretion, organisation, and initiative in a luxury setting. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly organised, and able to engage confidently with international guests while

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality Qualification preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star or luxury environment.
Strong administrative background with computer literacy: Opera, POS, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist guests efficiently and courteously in Front Office related functions and complete administrative duties to high standards.
Support concierge with highly personalised, discreet guest service from pre-arrival to departure.
Curate bespoke experiences and thoughtful touches based on guest preferences for a warm, memorable stay.
Assist with arrivals and departures including check-ins, luggage, and special requests.
Coordinate guest transportation, airport transfers, chauffeur services, restaurant reservations and local experiences.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, itineraries, reservations and preferences in Opera PMS and internal systems.
Liaise with F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Culinary, Events, Guest Experience and Front Office.
Prepare and maintain daily handovers, briefings, logs and records.
