Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a polished Junior House Manager / Assistant Concierge for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cape Town. This hands-on role combines personalised concierge service, Front Office duties and operational support to create memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, discreet and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Formal Hospitality qualification preferred.
• Strong Front Office and Concierge experience.
• Excellent guest relations skills with confidence engaging with international guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised concierge service and guest experiences.
• Coordinate airport transfers, transportation, restaurant reservations and bespoke itineraries.
• Assist with Front Office operations and daily hotel duties.
• Manage guest profiles, preferences and special requests across departments.
