About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative BIM Architect to join their team, supporting projects across the region from their Centurion office. This role focuses on leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance design coordination, streamline documentation, and improve project delivery efficiency. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows within the practice. This position is ideal for a technically adept architect passionate about digital construction and its potential to revolutionize architectural processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for various architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and best practices across project teams.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Provide training and support to other team members on BIM software and workflows.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in BIM software , particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
