Placements24 is seeking an expert Remote BIM Architect to drive the implementation and utilization of Building Information Modeling across projects, focusing on standards for regions including Nelspruit. This role enhances design coordination, efficiency, and data management throughout the project lifecycle while working with a distributed team.

You will establish BIM templates, libraries, and best practices, train project teams, and explore new technologies to optimize BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
• 6+ years in architecture with 4+ years BIM implementation/management.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and knowledge of BIM software.
• Experience developing BIM standards and execution plans.
• Strong remote-team communication and training skills.
• Familiar with various project delivery methods integrating BIM.
