Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Architectural BIM Manager to establish and maintain BIM standards and workflows across distributed project teams, ensuring data integrity and optimized design and construction processes. You will develop BIM Execution Plans, provide technical support, and train team members on best practices from a home office.

This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to influence BIM adoption on a national scale, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of BIM management/coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and Navisworks (and related BIM tools).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Manage BIM project environment including model federation and clash detection.
• Provide expert technical support and training to architects, technologists, and other stakeholders on BIM software and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to create and manage BEPs (BIM Execution Plans).
• Stay updated on BIM technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Architectural BIM Manager to establish and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflows across their distributed project teams. This role is critical for ensuring project data integrity, enhancing collaboration, and optimizing design and construction processes. You will be responsible for developing BIM execution plans, providing technical support, and training team members on best practices. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to influence BIM adoption on a national scale from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards , protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Manage and maintain the BIM project environment, including model federation, clash detection, and data extraction.
• Provide expert technical support and training to architects, technologists, and other project stakeholders on BIM software and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management and coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
