ENEXUS Group in Cape Town is seeking two French-speaking Call Centre Agents to join our Customer Service team. You will deliver professional support in French and English across channels and help customers resolve enquiries.

The role emphasizes high service standards, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely assistance and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, office-based position with shift requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work full-time from the office with shift requirements.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide clear, accurate and professional support in French and English.
• Respond to customer enquiries, account-related requests and service issues.
• Investigate complaints and provide resolutions or escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Aim for customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
• Protect confidential information and handle sensitive matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
