Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Banquet Chef, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on large-scale food production and presentation.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with good communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
