About the Role

Our client, a premier catering provider in Polokwane , is searching for a dedicated and skilled Banquet Chef to lead their banquet kitchen operations. This role is essential for ensuring the successful preparation and execution of food for large-scale events, conferences, and weddings. You will work closely with the Head Chef and event planning team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently, manage inventory, and maintain kitchen hygiene. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for banquets and large events according to established recipes and standards.
